Whenever you Try to Format USB Flash Drive in Windows Xp, You have only two options to select from FAT or FAT 32 but with simple tweaking in Windows settings you can format your USB flash drive in NTFS.

Maybe this isn’t a big deal to you, but for me it is. I always like having outlook as the first thing on my taskbar (furthest on the left). The problem is if I restart outlook, it loses its treasured position on the taskbar (since the order is the starting order of the programs).
